Roof Coating

The crew will clean the roof and remove any grease or dirt with chemicals and mechanical sanding, pressure washing or via eco-friendly options. The team will cover and protect any surrounding areas where coating is not required, then apply coating, as per the manufacturer’s recommended thickness, using an airless sprayer. They will ensure the use of appropriate primers and work within recommended temperatures, as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

• We prepare the roof surface and clean away any dirt or grease.
• Chemical- or solvent-based cleaning solutions are used. Eco-friendly cleaning solutions are also available.
• We apply paint/coating according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• High-capacity Graco™ airless sprayers are used.
